Instructions
It is recommended to book a parking spot in advance using the online reservation calendar! This ensures that you will have a parking space. Additionally, the price is much more affordable when you book in advance. You can drive up without a reservation, but we cannot guarantee parking availability. Furthermore, advance bookers always get a better rate than the standard price.
If the traffic density is low, 15-20 minutes will be enough for parking and transferring to the airport. During peak times, it’s advisable to allocate an additional 10 minutes. The bus ride takes only 5-6 minutes.
There is plenty of space for motorhomes. A trailer can be parked in the same spot as the towing vehicle. Welcome!
It doesn't affect the price with us – the price is the same for everyone, regardless of the car's size or the number of passengers. Fair, right!
Of course, we are here for you and your group. You can call our customer service number and/or send us an email at asiakaspalvelu@aviaparkki.fi, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you would like us to call you, just include your phone number, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.
There’s no need for that, but more and more groups are doing so, as the others can check in their luggage in advance at the self-service kiosks or at the counter, and the driver can then join the group at the security check after arriving at the terminal by our bus. You can comfortably drive straight to Aviapark, from where you’ll easily take our free bus service to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport terminal. The bus ride is free, and your walking distance will be shorter than from the gate to the plane – very convenient!
The bus operates 24/7, without a fixed schedule, all year round! We pick you up at the stop and take you to the airport/Aviapark. Even if you’re the only one there – we don’t wait for other cars to arrive! There is no charge for the transport.
Reservation changes are free of charge with us. Changes must always be made in writing via email to: asiakaspalvelu@aviaparkki.fi (at least 12 hours before the parking start time). We will need your name, vehicle registration number, and the time of your reservation. Force majeure situations or unexpected, unreasonable events will also be taken into account to your benefit. In such cases, please call us as soon as possible. A reservation – without cancellation protection – cannot be canceled, but it can be changed once free of charge. Additional cancellation protection can be purchased separately. Instructions can be found under the section "Payment of Reservation." Many travel insurances include cancellation protection.
It’s most sensible to always book in advance – the price is significantly cheaper than the regular price paid on-site.

The maximum duration for advance booking is 30 days. For longer bookings – call us at +358 50 558 2525.
If your departure is in less than 15 hours when you make the reservation at Aviapark, call us so that our driver can be ready as soon as you arrive! Phone: +358 50 556 7842.
If your flight schedule changes by more than 2 hours or if the entire flight day changes, please notify us by SMS or call us at +358 50 556 7842.

When you arrive at Aviapark and if no one is there to meet you near the barrier in the terminal building – please wait on either side of the barrier, close to the building. When we arrive, we will show you your parking spot, load your luggage into the vehicle, and take you to the airport.
Please note that parking is at the customer’s own risk, even though we have surveillance and practical staffing 24/7.
Be prepared to show the booking confirmation from your email when you arrive at the parking area!
